Qualifications

• Controls, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with PLC controls and industrial automation systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site response.

Responsibilities

• Maintain critical data center systems and ensure high efficiency.
• Provide timely client service and respond to on-site requests.
• Inspect facilities and equipment for safety and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, evaluate, and recommend system upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage work orders.
• Escalate issues to the Critical Environment Facility Manager as needed.
