Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Critical Facilities Technician to maintain and troubleshoot 24x7 facility operations in Mansfield, TX. You will work under the Facility Manager to install, repair, and maintain critical and non-critical mechanical and electrical equipment across HVAC, plumbing, generators, and life-safety systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems, ability to read and follow SOPs, and willingness to work extended shifts, including

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3-5 years’ experience in electrical or mechanical critical facilities support, or 7+ years’ experience as HVAC or mechanical/electrical technician.
• Electrical/Mechanical certifications preferred.
• Able to work overtime and longer shifts (12 hour).
• Shifts may require work day/night/weekend/holiday.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and troubleshoots critical and non-critical equipment including HVAC, plumbing, generators, fire protection, life safety, and digital systems.
• Oversees electrical operations, maintenance, and energy management programs for a critical facilities environment.
• Schedules and ensures quality for preventive and contracted maintenance.
• Operates and monitors systems and coordinates with contractors for safe operation and modifications.
• Responds to emergencies and documents work orders in the CMMS.
