Job summary

Aligned Data Centers is hiring a Critical Facilities Technician to join their Mansfield, TX facility. The role focuses on hands-on analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting of 24x7 operations, including mechanical and electrical systems, building controls, and safety procedures.

Under the Facility Manager, you will install, repair, and maintain critical systems, coordinate with 3rd party contractors, and ensure compliant operation. Overtime and shift work are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years’ experience in electrical or mechanical critical facilities support; or 7+ years’ HVAC/mechanical/electrical technician experience.
• Electrical/mechanical certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical and non‑critical equipment.
• Oversee operation/maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, generators, fire systems, life safety, and building controls.
