Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC, located in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a hands-on Critical Facilities Technician to join our 24x7 operations team. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, generators, and life-safety equipment.

Under the Facility Manager guidance, you will manage building management and digital systems, coordinate with contractors, receive work orders, and document tasks in the CMMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years in critical facilities support.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance in 24x7 facilities.
• HVAC, generator, life safety and BMS knowledge is a plus.
• Willing to work overtime and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, monitors, and performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical and non-critical equipment.
• Electrical: plan, implement, coordinate and supervise all electrical operations and energy management programs.
• Receive and execute work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance; document in CMMS.
• Respond to emergencies and assist Facility Manager to ensure safety and uptime.
