Job summary

M.C. Dean seeks a Critical Facilities Engineering Manager to lead the facility maintenance team for 24/7 critical data center operations.

You will supervise electricians and HVAC techs, manage budgets and preventative maintenance, and ensure compliance with contract requirements while coordinating O&M activities with customers and program management. You will develop cost estimates, track schedules, and drive continuous improvement in facility reliability and energy efficiency, with

Qualifications

High school diploma and 10+ years of experience; 5+ years in supervisory roles.
Experience supervising Electrician and HVAC trades.
Subject to government security investigation; must meet eligibility for a Secret Clearance.
Degree/Certification PMP highly desired but not required.

Responsibilities

Oversee 24/7 safe operations of data center electrical, mechanical and emergency power systems.
Direct operation of critical data center infrastructure and building automation systems.
Manage budgets, PMs, and O&M site surveys with accurate scopes and cost estimates.
Coordinate all phases of facility, electrical and mechanical repair projects from initiation to closeout.
