Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Critical Facilities Engineering Manager to supervise a data center facility team, ensuring 24/7 operations, maintenance, and project delivery. You will manage budgets, schedules, scopes, and submittals, coordinating with customers and program managers to meet contract objectives.

The role requires leadership across electrical, mechanical, and emergency power systems, with a focus on cost control, safety, and regulatory compliance. A PMP and US citizenship are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 10+ years of experience and 5+ years in supervisory roles.
• Management experience in US Government contract O&M services.
• Consecutive years of supervisory experience over Electrician and HVAC trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 data center electrical, mechanical, and emergency power systems.
• Lead Facilities Team and coordinate tasks with customer and program manager.
• Manage budgets, schedules, scopes, and cost estimates using RS Means.
• Prepare and submit O&M and project site surveys with accurate scopes of work.
• Direct and manage all phases of facility and infrastructure repair projects.
