Responsibilities include monitoring mechanical, electrical, and HVAC/R systems to ensure reliability and performing preventive maintenance. Ideal candidates are safety-minded, possess strong communication skills, and have flexible schedules. This position provides a defined growth path from Associate to Lead Operator, with ongoing development opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
0-2 years in operations, maintenance, or customer service roles for Level I.
3-5 years in Tier 2, 3, or 4 data centers for Level II.
5-7 years of data center or building engineering experience for Level III.
7+ years relevant experience with HVAC certification or Journeyman/Master Electrician license for Level IV.
Responsibilities
Monitor and operate data center mechanical, electrical, and HVAC/R systems.
Respond to building system alarms and prioritize critical load protection.
Execute Preventive Maintenance work orders and follow SOPs.
Coordinate with contractors and enforce safety protocols.
