Aegis is seeking a Project Controls Engineer in Pittsburgh to develop, manage, and monitor CPM schedules for data center projects. You will collaborate with client PMs, construction professionals, and stakeholders to ensure schedules align with project goals and milestones, applying strong CPM techniques and site-level validation.

The role requires 5+ years in project controls within vertical construction, Primavera P6 proficiency, and a clear ability to interpret construction documents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction.
• 2+ years in data-center project controls.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, PM, or related field (waived with 5+ years).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor CPM schedules for construction projects.
• Review docs to develop baselines with dates, activities and milestones.
• Perform progress updates with reporting and narratives.
• Analyze schedules and advise on execution goals.
• Identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for site teams.
• Monitor contractor progress for management decisions.
• Develop KPIs and benchmarks for programs.
• Manage costs and resources and report findings.
