Job summary

Overwatch Mission Critical in Dallas seeks a Construction Cost Manager to own cashflow planning and project controls for large-scale data-center initiatives. You will develop forecasts, maintain monthly cashflow statements, and drive procurement activities with cross-functional teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include coordinating bid processes, TOF documentation, and ensuring billing accuracy for monthly pay apps, while ensuring compliance with project controls standards and client

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of construction cost management or project controls on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience with Procore or similar project management/billing platforms.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams, GC, vendors, and customer representatives.
• Demonstrated experience in project-based cashflow analysis and financial forecasting within construction.
• Strong understanding of contract sums, change orders, and payment application processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cashflow forecasts for the Zeus project with cross-quarterly and annual spending plans.
• Prepare and maintain detailed monthly cashflow statements reflecting original contract sums, change orders, and actual expenditures; forecast future spending until project completion.
• Conduct monthly reviews of cashflow against project schedule and submit updated forecasts for management review.
• Break down project scopes for procurement packages, coordinate bidding (2–3 bids per scope), and document bid analyses.
• Prepare TOF packages with substantiation, bid letters, and subcontractor quotes; ensure compliance with procurement requirements.
