Meta is seeking a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center projects in Texas, overseeing site mobilization through commissioning. You will drive analytics-informed decisions on schedules, cost performance, and contractor execution to keep programs on time and on budget.

Formación

• 8+ years of construction management for large-scale facilities such as data centers or industrial plants.
• Experience with project controls, schedule analysis, cost tracking, earned value and risk quantification.
• Experience managing general contractors and subcontractors across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams across design, engineering, procurement, and commissioning.
• Experience with construction contract administration, including RFI management, submittal review, change orders, and claims avoidance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end construction management for large-scale data center projects.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, cost forecasts, and risk registers.
• Establish QA/QC programs with GC, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and commissioning teams to resolve field conflicts.
• Oversee contractor performance, scope compliance and safety programs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across real estate, design, procurement, and ops.
• Define and implement construction reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Lead lessons-learned and contribute to future data center standards.
• Manage change orders and contract compliance to protect scope and budget.
