Overwatch Mission Critical in Dallas is seeking a Construction Cost Manager to lead cash flow forecasting, budget tracking, and monthly reconciliations for large data-center projects. You will manage contract sums, change orders, and payment applications using Procore and related tools.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with GC, vendors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with project schedules and procurement processes, including TOF packages and bid analysis.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of construction cost management or project controls experience.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar project management/billing platforms.
• Experience in cashflow analysis and budgeting for large-scale construction.
• Strong coordination with GC, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning, forecasting, and monthly cashflow statements for data center projects.
• Manage contract sums, change orders, and payment applications with accuracy.
• Coordinate procurement, TOF packages, and bid analysis with stakeholders.
• Utilize Procore to track commitments, costs, and monthly invoicing.
