Job summary

Overwatch Mission Critical is seeking a qualified professional to support data center construction projects, focusing on controls, BMS/EPMS integration, and cross‑functional coordination with design and construction teams.

You will review customer specs, ensure design alignment, and translate requirements into project documentation, working closely with engineers and contractors in a dynamic data center environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems and their monitoring and controls.
• Experience with BMS and/or EPMS systems; candidates with deep expertise in either area encouraged.
• Ability to review mechanical/electrical submittals for controls requirements and design alignment.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into executable project documentation with design teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with design engineers, general contractors, controls contractors, vendors, and construction teams.
• Review customer specifications and incorporate requirements into project documentation.
• Coordinate across design, construction, vendors, and controls contractors throughout projects.
