Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in cost management within large-scale construction.
• Experience leading teams on multi-project programs.
• Data center or mission-critical experience preferred.
• RICS certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
