Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor for a full-time position in Tysons, VA. This role requires strong communication and cost management skills to support major data center projects across Virginia.

The successful candidate will lead cost management activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure adherence to project budgets. Candidates should possess a related bachelor’s degree and 6–7 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of experience in cost management or quantity surveying in construction.
• Experience with mission-critical or data center projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cost control and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Providing cost planning and producing final cost plans.
• Coordinating with contractors for cost estimate updates.
