Job summary

Turner & Townsend is looking for an Associate Director – Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost management services for large-scale data center projects in Northern Virginia, particularly from their Tysons office.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in cost management for large-scale constructions. Responsibilities include team leadership, stakeholder communication, and project cost control.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cost management within large-scale construction.
• Experience in data center or mission-critical construction strongly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen, contract knowledge, and cost control expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost management teams and ensure delivery across all accountabilities.
• Lead interface with clients, stakeholders, and consultants.
• Perform quantity surveying and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
