Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director to lead cost management for data center construction projects in Northern Virginia. This role requires strong leadership and effective communication with clients and stakeholders across various stages of the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of cost management experience in large-scale construction and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. This position will be based out of Tysons, VA, with on-site requirements varying by client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in cost management within large‑scale construction.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing complex, multi‑project programs.
• Experience in data center or mission‑critical construction strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
