Qualifications

• Experience in managing large, complex construction projects (MEP focused).
• Experience in construction or project management.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Windows.
• Knowledge of critical data center equipment and operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage bid analysis and cost control templates.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Communicate cost control goals to stakeholders.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and quantify savings.
• Track cost performance metrics and update data repository.
• Analyze vendor proposals using benchmark data.
• Validate final bid scope and change costs.
• Support project close-out and final payments.
• Deliver results across multiple projects with competing priorities.
