Job summary

Vertiv Corporation in the Des Moines area is seeking a Cooling CE to install, commission, and service Liebert Air cooling products on site. You will build strong relationships with customers and colleagues while adhering to safety guidelines and company procedures.

The role requires hands-on electrical/mechanical aptitude, the ability to work under supervision or independently, and a commitment to timely, accurate reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• HVAC certificate or related training preferred.
• Six years military experience or related field experience.
• EPA refrigerant license or equivalent certification.
• Basic electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with National Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks per guidelines.
• Implement Field Change Notices per published guidelines.
• Stay current on Safety Bulletins and Field Change Notices.
• Provide accurate reporting and complete documentation.
