Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• HVAC Certificate Program or related experience in field
• Six years military experience in a related field
• EPA refrigerant license
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams/blueprints
• Knowledge of Ohm's law and HVAC theory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable team player with safety discipline

Responsibilities

• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with National Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Perform work per guidelines for scheduled maintenance.
• Implement Field Change Notices per published guidelines.
• Maintain current safety bulletins and notices.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting per company guidelines.
• Maintain inventory and company property.
• Ensure first-time fix and high customer satisfaction.
