Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Cooling CE to perform installation, commissioning, and service on Liebert Air products. The role requires maintaining excellent rapport with customers, co-workers, and management while communicating with area offices.

The position emphasizes safety, adherence to guidelines, and timely reporting. Travel is required, and the technician must wear PPE and uphold company standards daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HVAC - Certificate program or equivalent experience.
• Six years military experience in a related field.
• Equivalent industry experience with EPA refrigerant license.
• Basic electrical knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service Liebert Air products on site.
• Maintain safety and PPE per guidelines and 14 hours rule.
• Provide on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Coordinate with National Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Complete documentation and reporting per company guidelines.
• Meet on-site response times and support customer satisfaction.
