Job summary

ENVICOOL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the deployment and delivery of data center cooling and liquid cooling solutions across the United States. The role requires coordinating customers, engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management or field delivery.
• Experience with data centers, HVAC, MEP, or liquid cooling preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from kickoff to final handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
• Coordinate customers, engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Lead on-site activities including installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor progress, manage scope, cost, quality, and safety performance.
• Provide project updates and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Lead project closeout and ensure documentation is completed.
