Job summary

Nortek Data Center Cooling, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the day-to-day cross-functional integrator for multiple customer programs. You will coordinate Engineering, Test, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Commercial, Finance, and Service to meet schedule, cost, quality, and customer commitments.

This hands-on role requires strong critical-path management and direct customer contact through the Sales Account Executive.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive program or project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on schedules and budgets.
• Experience managing customer relationships and external stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of assigned programs from opportunity identification through commissioning.
• Drive integrated program schedule with focus on critical-path items across engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly, test, and installation.
• Lead cadence meetings with clear ownership and action follow-through.
• Coordinate engineering release, long-lead procurement, and milestone approvals per workflow.
• Manage program-level P&L, change orders, and contract obligations.
• Provide proactive status updates on scope, risks, and milestones to leadership and customers.
• Identify risks and mitigate with cross-functional teams to protect profitability.
• Ensure service coordination for installation, commissioning, and post-delivery support.
