Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in data center or mission critical facilities.
• Technical background in installation, troubleshooting and startup of BMS/EPMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform field wiring, commissioning and startup of BMS/EPMS equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot field devices including AHUs and sensors.
• Configure and test network communication between third-party devices and controllers.
• Read electrical schematics and control drawings.
• Supervise low voltage electrical contractors on site.
• Ensure safety on all assignments and participate in after-hours support.
• Perform root cause analysis during testing and commissioning.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings and red-line updates.
