Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced certifications (CDCP, PMP) are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in data center operations, controls engineering, or similar; proven BMS/EPMS expertise.
• Strong knowledge of networking and infrastructure components (servers, cooling, power distribution).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting tools, programming/scripting for automation (e.g., Python, PLC).
• Experience with hyperscale data centers or mission-critical environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain control systems for data centers, including BMS, EPMS, and automation technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in electrical, mechanical, and control systems; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and vendors to optimize automation processes and ensure safety standards.
