The SME will ensure reliability and quality of the Building Management System (BMS) and oversee procedures, maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and project oversight across our data centers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of controls experience in programming, startup, and commissioning of complex systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or trade certification in related field; 3+ years of controls experience may substitute.
• Experience with critical environments and procedure-based work.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all Building Management System (BMS) changes and enhancements across a global fleet.
• Diagnose and repair complex control system malfunctions and modify system software.
• Troubleshoot controls hardware and review equipment data for efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with disciplines to modify BMS settings and manage space.
• Provide QA/QC oversight and ensure change control compliance.
• Train Facility Operations staff on controls and participate in global initiatives.
