Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Controls Engineer to troubleshoot BMS/EPMS, lead project scopes, and support operations across AWS data centers.

You will work on control sequences, perform RCAs, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable infrastructure. The role involves on-site work at AWS data centers, frequent collaboration with project leaders, and ensuring adherence to safety and engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and deployment.
• Experience in MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience with power management and power monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis or corrective action for BMS and EPMS in AWS data centers.
• Train internal customers on creation, configuration, validation, installation and operation of BMS/EPMS.
• Provide technical assistance and support to operations during the data center life cycle.
• Review quarterly maintenance results for BMS/EPMS and drive resolutions.
• Develop project scope, schedule, budget and LOE for BMS/EPMS projects.
