Job summary

JSET Automated Technologies seeks a Construction Project Manager for controls and mission-critical infrastructure projects in the Southeast and Midwest. This is a field-based leadership role coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and vendors from startup to turnover, with travel as needed.

You will guide project execution on active sites, ensure safety/quality, manage schedules and budgets, and drive timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in electrical, controls, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
• Experience managing field labor, subcontractors, and active construction projects.
• Proven experience managing schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, and customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods; RFIs, submittals, changes, and cost tracking.
• Proficient with Procore or similar construction management software; strong Excel skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as project needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead controls and data center construction projects from startup through turnover.
• Direct and manage field technicians, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Establish daily/weekly priorities for field teams and manage project schedules/budgets.
• Coordinate procurement, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
