Job summary

JSET Automated Technologies is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead controls and mission-critical infrastructure projects across the Southeast and Midwest. Located in the Atlanta area, this field-based leadership role guides field teams, subcontractors, and vendors from startup through turnover with travel to active sites as needed.

The focus is on safety, quality, and on-time delivery for data center and industrial facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in electrical, controls, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, or similar environments.
• Experience managing field labor, subcontractors, and active projects.
• Proficiency with project schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, and customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods; RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Experience using Procore or similar construction management software; advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities; valid driver's license; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead controls and data center construction projects from startup through turnover.
• Direct and manage field technicians, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Set daily/weekly priorities for field teams and manage schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate manpower planning, material procurement, and resource allocation.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements; manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay apps.
• Track risks, resolve field issues, and drive timely decisions; conduct regular jobsite walks.
• Support commissioning, startup, turnover, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction; use Procore for visibility.
