Job summary

JSET Automated Technologies is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead controls and mission-critical infrastructure projects in the Columbus region. The role involves directing field teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring project success from startup to turnover.

Applicants should have extensive experience in electrical/industrial project management, strong leadership, and a willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in electrical, controls, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
• Experience managing field labor, subcontractors, and active projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and customer relationship skills.
• Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Procore or similar CM software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead controls and data center projects from startup through turnover.
• Direct field technicians, foremen, subs, and vendors.
• Set daily/weekly priorities for field teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation.
