Qualifications

• Recent data center or mission-critical construction experience is essential.
• Experience with subcontract management and commercial negotiations.
• Strong understanding of change orders, claims and commercial risk.

Responsibilities

• Managing construction contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Leading subcontract administration across the project.
• Reviewing contract terms, scopes of work and commercial obligations.
• Supporting procurement, bid packages, negotiations and subcontract award.
• Managing change orders, claims, notices and contractual correspondence.
• Tracking subcontractor compliance against contract requirements.
• Identifying contractual, commercial and scope-related risks.
• Supporting dispute resolution and claims management.
• Resolving scope gaps and commercial issues with project teams.
• Supporting cost control, forecasting and change management.
• Maintaining insurance, bonds, contractual records and compliance documentation.
• Monitoring contract milestones, deliverables and notice requirements.
• Supporting commercial reporting and contract status updates.
• Working with legal teams on complex contract matters and disputes.
• Supporting project closeout, final accounts and subcontract reconciliation.
