Job summary

A leading safety consultancy in Austin, Texas is seeking a Safety professional to lead critical safety initiatives for a major data-centre construction project. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining environmental health and safety programs, providing EHS guidance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of construction safety experience, a strong understanding of EHS regulations, and proficiency in MS365 applications. This is a client-side, 12-month contract position with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of construction safety experience required.
• Minimum of 7 years of EHS experience essential.
• Data center experience in an Owner's rep role preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS programs ensuring compliance.
• Provide EHS guidance and deliver training programs.
• Lead incident investigations and track EHS metrics.
• Perform audits and inspections for compliance.
