Job summary

The Weitz Company is seeking a Project Safety Manager for the Mission Critical division on data center projects in Council Hill, OK. This role leads site safety, ensures consistent application of company safety standards, and provides project-wide training and safety planning.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in construction safety and preferably OSHA 30. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a focus on safety culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the creation of the project safety plan.
• Track and trend project safety performance and recommend corrective measures.
• Verify project team adherence to safety processes.
• Assist project teams with enforcement of safety programs.
• Facilitate project safety committees.
• Contribute to preconstruction safety planning and safety training.
• Coordinate regulatory safety compliance on sites.
• Lead site safety inspections and incident investigations.
• Ensure employees can stop unsafe work and escalate issues.
