Job summary

The Weitz Company is seeking a Field Superintendent to lead field operations on a data center project in Council Hill, OK. You will supervise premier field work, coordinate with the Project Manager and subs, enforce contract terms, and manage costs to keep the project on schedule.

You should have a minimum of three years in project construction, strong leadership, and proven communication skills. Data center experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of project construction experience required.
• Data center project experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and enforce all prime contracts and subcontract terms.
• Construct the project per plans, schedule and specs; optimize labor/equipment use.
• Ensure all contracts, insurance, and bonds are in place before subs start.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings; record and distribute minutes.
• Maintain tools, equipment and materials on site; ensure safety and image.
• Manage project costs; update PM on budgets and cost projections.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules and coordinate with subs.
• Coordinate with owners and architects reps; inform PM of issues affecting dates.
