Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Construction Quality Manager to lead site QA/QC programs, drive continual improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance on data center projects. You will manage QMS, audits, and reporting while mentoring project teams and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients.

Required credentials include OSHA 30, Lean Six Sigma belts, and a civil/management background with 5–7 years in construction QC and 3–5 years in data centers or telecom installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration, or 7 yrs equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction quality management.
• 3-5 years of experience in data center construction or telecommunications installation preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction Safety Certification required
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent required
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred
• ACI or ASTM certifications related to construction quality

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the project level Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead quality inspections, audits, and reporting across multiple construction projects.
• Develop and train quality professionals within each project staffing network.
• Establish corrective action plans for non-conformance and monitor effectiveness.
• Coordinate site inspections, testing, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Prepare regular quality performance reports for stakeholders and senior management.
