Job summary

Lithko Contracting, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator with Data Center experience to join our team in Atlanta. This role focuses on developing accurate estimates and managing administrative aspects for complex projects, ensuring alignment with budget and schedule.

The candidate will perform detailed takeoffs, coordinate with Project Leads, prepare proposals, and maintain rigorous project documentation across MPOs/POs. Strong MS Office skills and a Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and other MS Office tools.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a detailed and accurate estimate for a potential project.
• Identify and quantify concrete scope items and contribute to project strategy.
• Generate a customer proposal and preliminary schedule.
• Setup project including initial contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budget.
• Produce and share accurate project information and costs with the team.
• Create the preliminary project schedule.
• Organize log setup for MPOs and POs to track items and submittals.
• Maintain an organized and accurate takeoff for the project.
• Collaborate with Project Lead to develop an accurate project plan.
• Communicate information, solutions, and opportunities to the team.
• Prepare daily cost reports to ensure alignment with budget.
• Create change orders based on customer expectations and project needs.
• Execute detailed project closeout and final documentation.
