Job summary

Netrality Data Centers is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead capital improvement projects across their data center portfolio in Saint Louis, MO. You will coordinate site teams, manage budgets, and oversee subcontractors to ensure on-time, compliant, and high-quality project delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of construction management experience, familiarity with building codes, blueprints, and construction software, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, business development, or similar strongly preferred.
• Data center or telecommunications industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven working experience in construction management, 5+ years strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Familiarity with construction management software packages.
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and working knowledge of MRI, Avid, Procore, BIM, Primavera or MS Project is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish with the site teams within Netrality’s portfolio.
• Support the budgeting and cost-estimating processes for projects.
• Resolve issues with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other contributors.
• Conduct and document all project meetings.
• Review and approve payment applications and related closeout documents.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Evaluate and remediate project risks and communicate findings.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and project team members.
• Ensure all project deadlines are met and progress is tracked.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Address environmental or local community issues arising during a project.
• Perform site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with contractors and tenants.
• Stay updated on technology improving construction process efficiencies.
• Participate in ad hoc projects or assignments as requested.
