Job summary

Netrality Data Centers in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead capital improvement projects across our data-center portfolio.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, safety compliance, and coordination with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and tenants to deliver on time and within scope. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management and proficiency with Procore, BIM, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, business development, or similar strongly preferred.
• Data Center or telecommunications industry experience strongly preferred.
• 5+ years working experience in construction management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish with Netrality teams.
• Support budgeting and cost estimating processes.
• Resolve issues with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and others.
• Conduct and document project meetings.
• Review payments and closeout documents.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes.
• Monitor risks and remediation strategies.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project team.
• Meet all project deadlines and provide progress reports.
• Address environmental or local community issues.
• Inspect sites for progress and quality.
• Maintain professional relations with contractors and tenants.
• Stay updated on construction tech to improve efficiency.
• Participate in adhoc projects as needed.
