Job summary

Netrality Data Centers is seeking a rising Construction Project Manager to lead capital improvement projects and oversee building systems. The role requires deep understanding of construction management, coordination with subcontractors, engineers and architects, and strong budget and risk controls.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, 5+ years of construction management experience, and familiarity with data center operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, business development, or similar strongly preferred.
• Data Center or telecommunications industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven working experience in construction management, 5+ years strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects within the Netrality portfolio from start to finish.
• Support budgeting and cost estimating processes for projects.
• Resolve issues with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other contributors.
• Conduct and document all project meetings.
• Review and approve payment applications and related closeout documents.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Evaluate and remediate project risks and communicate findings.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and project team members.
• Ensure all project deadlines are met and progress is reported to stakeholders.
• Address environmental or local community issues during projects.
• Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Maintain professional relations with contractors and tenants.
