Job summary

Netrality Data Centers Houston, Texas, United States is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead expansion and capital improvement projects. You will coordinate site teams, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to safety and building codes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, experience in data centers or telecom, and proficiency with Procore, BIM, MRI, and MS Project. Join a close-knit team focused on quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or similar strongly preferred.
• Data Center or telecommunications industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven working experience in construction management, 5+ years strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints; knowledge of safety regs and codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish within the Netrality portfolio.
• Support budgeting and cost estimating processes for projects.
• Resolve issues with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other contributors.
• Conduct and document all project meetings; review and approve payment applications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes; manage risks and remediation.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key project team members.
• Ensure all project deadlines are met; prepare regular progress reports.
• Monitor site progress and quality through site checks; handle environmental/community issues.
