Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with commercial construction.
• Ability to begin to assume responsibility and effectively communicate with team members.
• Minimum of six months of estimating/preconstruction and field experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in owner/client sales presentations.
• Assist in design development, budget preparation, and project scheduling.
• Control budget, schedule, and bid documents.
