Job summary

Barton Malow is seeking a Project Manager for a mission-critical data center project in Pennsylvania. You will lead client communications, develop and manage the budget, schedule, and quality plan, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and trades to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating procurement and bid strategy, tracking costs, managing risk, and guiding the project team to meet milestones while upholding Barton Malow's standards for safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• 7+ years of data center construction experience.
• Strong organizational skills and contract knowledge.
• Ability to manage change and multi-task while maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates coordination meetings from preconstruction to close-out.
• Oversee procurement, bidding strategy, scoping, pre-bid meetings, and bid evaluation.
• Develop project schedule and site setup including mobilization and permit management.
• Manage general conditions budget, cash flow analysis, and cost monitoring.
• Assist Superintendent with owner issues and subcontractor communications.
• Coordinate personnel and resources, supervise site staff, ensure schedule compliance.
• Build relationships with clients and Barton Malow team members.
• Administer financial aspects of owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
