• Extensive data center or mission-critical construction experience required.
• Experience leading full life cycle construction projects from inception to completion.
• Proven ability to collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors and vendors to meet specifications and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of data center construction from design review to commissioning and handover.
• Serve as primary liaison with local authorities, utilities, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead commissioning activities ensuring electrical, mechanical, BMS, security systems are tested and validated.
• Oversee daily facility operations, preventive maintenance, and vendor management after commissioning.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to meet project timelines.
