Job summary

Insight Global in Mesa, AZ seeks an experienced Construction/Non-IT Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate large-scale data center construction and related initiatives. The role involves field walks, contractor coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage schedules and turnovers from construction through commissioning, and report progress to executives and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with detailed plans and integrate technical activities.
• Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Recruit, assign, and evaluate staff; develop staff competence.
• Analyze technology, resources, and market demand for feasibility.
• Discuss project specifications with management and marketing.
• Review and approve contracts and cost estimates.
