Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Data Center Construction Manager to serve as the onsite owner's representative on large-scale, mission-critical data center projects in Georgia. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, driving safety, schedule, budget adherence, and quality while coordinating with engineering, commissioning, and operations to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of mission-critical construction experience, strong MEP knowledge, and proficiency

Qualifications

10+ years leading mission-critical construction projects.
Experience on data center construction for GC/MC/hyperscale environments.
Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination.
Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Act as the onsite construction management representative throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate construction activities to align with scope, schedule, safety, and quality standards.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders across disciplines.
Track progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
Lead construction meetings and provide regular project status updates.
Review drawings, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders; enforce change controls.
