Job summary

Pogue Construction is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join its team in Texas. The role will be stationed onsite to manage submittals, RFIs, and coordination with subcontractors on complex, fast-paced projects.

The candidate should have hands-on construction experience with a General Contractor and a Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field. Procore and Bluebeam experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on construction experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience coordinating data center, mission-critical, or large commercial projects.
• Ability to manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Stationed onsite or visit job site regularly.
• Collect and review Submittals from Subcontractors.
• Prepare submittal register and review submittals.
• Review, process, and send RFIs to architect.
• Distribute RFIs to subcontractors.
• Maintain document control for RFIs and Submittals.
• Prepare logs for OAC meetings and agendas.
• Schedule project meetings and update drawings with changes.
