Job summary

Black Box is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, lead a project management team, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery with safety and quality emphasis.

You will cultivate client relationships, manage costs, and apply PMBOK practices across complex construction programs. Travel to project sites is expected, with a focus on driving value for our clients globally.

Qualifications

• AAS or BS in Construction Management or Construction Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of progressive construction management experience in a leadership role.
• Experience overseeing large scale multi‑million‑dollar projects, preferably data center related.
• Familiarity with various contracting methods (lump sum, cost plus, GMP, time & materials).
• Experience managing construction teams of 50–100+ technicians.
• Industry manufacturer products and solutions experience is a plus.
• Professional certifications: OSHA-30, BICSI RCDD, RTPM, PMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a project management team across multiple projects.
• Monitor schedule, budget, and safety; enforce company policies and client requirements.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure delivery excellence.
• Provide progress updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and cost control.
• Drive continuous improvement and adherence to PMBOK standards.
