Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant project management experience.
• 4+ years of direct contract administration experience.
• Proficiency with electrical, mechanical, fire protection and related systems.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day data center construction activities across multiple projects.
• Develop project schedules and track critical paths from equipment purchase through installation and completion.
• Manage project budgets, tracking actual spending and changes in service orders.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, local building codes, and OSHA regulations.
• Provide regular progress reports including timelines, budgets, and construction status.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to drive project execution.
