Zusammenfassung

MGAC is a global boutique consultancy seeking a Data Center Construction - Mid to Senior Project Manager (Cost) to lead critical environments projects in Franklin, Ohio. The role requires ownership of scope, schedule, and budget, with approximately five onsite days per week as needed by clients.

You will mentor teams, manage risk, and drive informed decisions to keep projects on track while maintaining strong client partnerships.

Qualifikationen

3+ years of construction project management experience in building design and construction.
2+ years managing critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
MEP experience in ground-up construction.
Bachelor/Associate degree or equivalent in construction discipline.

Aufgaben

Independently manage full project scope and components.
Mentor and lead teams, manage schedule, scope, and budget.
Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
Maintain client vision as a trusted partner.
Identify add-services opportunities.
Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, vendors and other teams.
