Job summary

EPI Power is hiring a Project Manager to profitably manage all administrative and field construction activities to quality standards for a data center project in Boydton, VA. You will lead subcontractors, guide field teams, and uphold safety and quality policy while coordinating with PMs on schedule and cost.

The role emphasizes leadership, development of others, and building morale within a high‑pressure environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience
• Electrical experience is highly preferred
• Experience leading a team and mentoring
• Data center experience is a plus
• Willing to travel or relocate based on project need
• Ability to work Monday–Saturday schedule (58 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Construct the project per plans, schedule, specs and standards
• Lead subcontractors and field employees on site
• Enforce project safety per policy
• Collaborate with PMs to manage schedule, budget and staffing
• Develop and maintain the project schedule and two‑week look ahead
• Assist with buyout and selection of major subs
• Identify cost reductions and schedule improvements
• Ensure documents are accurate and compliant
• Review and enforce all contract terms
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
