Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for our Data Center Innovations in Pasco, WA. The role drives project strategy, planning, and execution to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.

You will lead resources, manage budgets, coordinate with GC/architect/engineers, and guide the project through design to closeout while upholding McKinstry’s standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent work experience required.
• Five (5) years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction is required.
• Proficient with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera and/or Suretrak required.
• Completed OSHA 30 class is required.
• PE, CPM, LEED designations preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.

Responsibilities

• Identify resources required to achieve project goals.
• Develop project plans, schedules and scopes of work.
• Communicate with General Contractor, Architect, Engineer, Owner and other stakeholders.
• Ensure project safety and on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Support development strategies and project execution objectives.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare change orders.
• Lead project team, manage subcontractors and vendors.
